To see Insights for your website, you must first claim your domain by associating it with a Facebook page or application that you manage, or with your Facebook account.
1. Go to this link www.facebook.com/insights. Then click on button "Insights for your Website".

2. Then a pop-up will appear first put your website url in "Domain:" field then select with which you want to link your website e.g. your pages, your profile, your applications. I recommend select your Facebook profile. Then a link will appear of meta tag. Just copy it and paste it to your website source file after "<head>" and before "</head>" tags. e.g.

<head>
"Put your Facebook insights meta tag here"
</head>
After putting tag in your website source then click on "Get Insights" button.
Done now you'll be able to see insights of your website on Facebook.
